Shop Policies
- Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your order before placing. We are unable to edit your order once it is place in any way. Please check addresses, notes and coupon code to make sure you have added them before checking out. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, it must be done within 24 hours of when your order is placed. We do not add discounts or other offers to previously placed orders.
- We do our best to try and have accurate inventory on our site, but sometimes we aren't prefect. In the event that are out of stock, you will be refunded for your order.
- If you order Bows Clips come standard to your Childs left. if you need them Switched , or would like no glue, please put a note in the comments and we will make sure to switch if for you. Alligator Clips will come with hot glue on them. This assures that the clip will stay in your child's hair. Clips do have teeth.
- Our turnaround time currently 24-48 hours. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please wait a full 10 business days before emailing to find out where your order is. We will be sure to send an email when it ships with tracking number. Turnaround time may be extended during sales due to high order volume.
- We are not responsible for lost packages. Once USPS has the package in their possession, we no longer have control of the package. Occasionally, package get lost in the mail. Unfortunately because we cannot control the post, we encourage you to first file a missing package claim with USPS. If they are unable to locate your package, and the package has not arrived within 2 weeks of the ship date, please contact us and we will work with you! If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missing Apt#, you will be required to pay for another shipping label before we send the page to you again with the correct address.
- Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damage or we shipped an incorrect product please email us and we will make it right.
